Routines are necessary


Routines are necesary. We achieve most goals by following a simple and daily routine. And I’ve come to see that is important to apply a routine to everyday life events just as if it were a diet regime or a study schedule. Routines are good for the following reasons:

• We feel commited to a certain activity and avoid failing it.
•Routines create a drive towards bettering whatever it is that we are doing.
•They make us self conscious of the steps we take and when we forget something we rapidly know what it was.
•Routines make us focus on what we really want.
•They keep us on schedule and we become more responsible and punctual.

What routines have worked for you in acomplishing or getting better at something?
